Born in New York, Jeremy Penn has been immersed in all mediums of art since childhood.

Pursuing his passion into his later years, Penn received dual art degrees from both the University of Maryland & Pratt Institute.

It was at Pratt where Penn crafted his own aesthetic and began to look at the world as his own personal toolbox.

He is known for working with unique materials while constructing color combinations intended on eliciting deep emotions.
